SALES Manager

A Little Gym – Centre Manager (also known as the Sales Manager) is a full-time career level position, responsible for the overall operational performance of The Little Gym Centre. The centre manager reports into the head of operations of The Little Gym of India:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for driving all day-to-day operations at The Little Gym.
  • You will have a direct responsibility of driving, managing and reporting revenue for the respective Little Gym that you manage.
  • The Little Gym is a business that is driven by people who are passionate and committed to building this brand and spreading its awareness efficiently, as the centre manager, you will manage all marketing activities to spread the word about the gym and to increase student enrolments at The Little Gym.
  • In this role you will be responsible for selling the TLG program to new and existing customers and also effectively managing retention of customers.
  • You will also directly oversee the maintenance of the facility/equipment at the gym, making sure we have clean, safe and conducive environment for learning for kids.
  • At the Little Gym, we believe in adding continuous value and building long lasting relationships with customers, the centre manager will be responsible for maintaining these positive customer relationships and for providing outstanding customer service for all TLG customers.
  • The centre head is also responsible for managing data; you will be responsible for preparing weekly reports on sales, customer visits, conversions and retention. You will be presenting this information to the management on a weekly basis.
  • You will play the role of a quasi owner of the gym that you operate in, making sure you are making calculated decisions, driving effective teams and managing the entire operations at The Little Gym.
  • You will also be responsible for teaching classes (on a limited basis), to stay connected with the Little Gym product.

RELATIONSHIP Manager

The TLG Relationship Manager (also known as Program Manager) is responsible for delivering managing the curriculum and teaching classes at The Little Gym, he/she oversees training and supervision of the staff in all teaching and day-to-day responsibilities. His/her number one responsibility is to ensure that the instructional program is being delivered according to The Little Gym standards and that all instructors are teaching exceptional classes and providing top-rate customer service. This requires the ability to manage daily operations, as well as a tremendous amount of planning for the future. A TLG Relationship Manager is expected to be a model to other instructors by teaching the best classes in the gym and delivering the best customer service. To teach the best classes, TLG Relationship Manager must be physically fit, energetic, and enthusiastic. S/he must relate well to children, parents, and team members.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. The core function of a TLG Relationship Manager is to ensure we, as an organization, teach the best classes. Therefore you must be passionate about fitness and exercise and love working with kids.
2. As the TLG Relationship Manager you are essentially the Lead Instructor. What this means is that you need to lead and inspire a team of Instructors and Trainers. TLG has extensive training and technology solutions that will empower you to train your teams.
3. At TLG our fundamental philosophy is to teach the best classes and inspire children, and our goal is to build confidence in each and every child. Therefore you are expected to implement high quality standards by executing quality control systems.
4. A cornerstone at TLG is communication. Our TLG Relationship Manager lead by the front and are expected to communicate effectively and passionately not just with kids but with parents as well.
5. The Little Gym has great content to keep children engaged, in your role you will be responsible to set the gym, organize music and get the environment right for engaging children at The Little Gym
6. You will be a gate keeper making sure that our Introductory Visit customers enroll with us and that we communicate enough value to parents to manage retention of customers.
7. Apart from assisting with the daily phone calls; marketing, “no-show,” trial reminder, make-up, etc. You will also be responsible for executing marketing and promotion efforts as determined by the Owner and Centre Manager.
8. Our Little Gym environment is clean, safe and child friendly, TLG Relationship Manager will oversee regular maintenance checks and report any unsafe equipment or materials to Centre Manager and Take appropriate action to correct any problems.
9. Accidents are not common at The Little Gym, but if there is an untoward incident the TLG Relationship Manager will prepare accident reports as necessary, and notify the Centre Manager
10. Being part of this exciting business means being involved in growing it too, TLG Relationship Manager will work with the Owner and Centre Manager to plan and conduct Priority Enrolment, Show Weeks or any special promotional events/projects.
11. As a TLG Relationship Manager you will also be actively involved in the recruiting and training of new team members.
12. At the Little Gym we are proud to sport the world’s best child development curriculum you will be actively involved in maintaining the quality of The Little Gym curriculum through the proper use of lesson plans and training materials by the entire Team.
13. You will also be responsible in making sure that the safety guidelines are met and maintained, creating a safe environment for the Team and customers.
14. This role overall will need to be driven by an individual who is extremely passionate about child development, fitness and lots of fun with which we bring the product to our customers.
